How to Print a Calendar
Every calendar on iCalendarPrint prints through your browser, so there is no software to install. Open the calendar you want, adjust the options above it, and press the Print button. The browser print window opens with the calendar already sized to the page.
Print From Chrome or Edge
- Press Print calendar on the page.
- Under Destination, choose your printer, or choose Save as PDF for a digital file.
- Open More settings and set Margins to Default and Scale to Default or Fit to printable area.
- Tick Background graphics if you want weekend shading and colors to print.
- Press Print or Save.
Print From Safari on a Mac
- Press Print calendar, then click Show Details if the panel is collapsed.
- Check that the paper size matches the one you chose on the page.
- To keep a file, open the PDF menu in the lower corner and pick Save as PDF.
Print From Firefox
- Press Print calendar, pick your printer or Save to PDF.
- Under More settings, set Scale to Fit to page width and turn on Print backgrounds for shading.
Print From an iPhone or iPad
Press Print calendar and the iOS print sheet opens. Choose an AirPrint printer, or pinch outward on the preview and use the Share button to save the PDF to Files or send it by message or email.
Print From an Android Phone
Press Print calendar, then choose your printer from the list at the top, or select Save as PDF and tap the download icon. Set the paper size in the same panel.
Fixing Common Problems
- Calendar spills onto a second page: set scale to Fit to page and margins to Default.
- Shading or colors are missing: turn on Background graphics or Print backgrounds.
- Wrong orientation: switch Portrait or Landscape on our page before pressing Print, and make sure the print window matches.
- Notes do not show: notes print only from the month calendar where they were typed, on the same device and browser.
